1/2 cup salsa verde

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper

8 corn tortillas

1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco

1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Method
Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then slice thinly. Warm tortillas. Spread salsa verde over tortillas, top with chicken, sprinkle queso fresco and cilantro. Serve immediately.
